Reservations are accepted. Monthly reservations will only be held for one month. Balance must be paid in full upon check-in by cash or credit card only.

Cancellation Policy

​

• If cancellation occurs 45 days prior to arrival date; deposit is refunded less $15.00 service fee or rain check in full amount.

• If cancellation occurs 44-15 days prior to arrival; rain check in full amount.

• If cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to arrival; no refund is given and no rain check deposit is forfeited.

Terms of Rain Checks

• Equal to value of original payment, not length of stay.

• Rebooking is subject to availability.

• Non-transferable to another party.

• Deposit must be used before the end of the camping season.
